After a powerful meditation on the third eye chakra, I was unexpectedly drawn to andalusite, a crystal associated with inner authority, self-trust, and discernment. This synchronicity became a reminder to release the need to do everything the "right" way and instead choose joy, intuition, and childlike wonder as a path toward healing and authentic spiritual growth.

I used to instinctively contract when others felt uncomfortable with my confidence or joy, softening myself and over-attuning to keep connection. Now I’m learning I don’t have to disappear to belong—I can stay fully expressed while building relationships that meet me in expansion rather than demand my dimming.
